Participant Journey
At CO Group you will experience a practical and individual approach to receiving services. The Participant Journey is designed to always focus on what is important to you. The journey is goal-orientated and built around key principles of co-design, rights-awareness, person-centredness, accountability and continuous improvement.
The team uses evidence-informed tools like the person-centered active support model, trauma-informed practice and the La Trobe supported decision-making framework.
